Wild Camping On THE BEST Lake In My Van - Lake District. Join me and Bella on a solo wild campervan adventure to Ullswater in the stunning Lake District! 🏞️🐾 We started the trip with a lucky find — a free parking spot in Patterdale, right at the foot of the Ullswater Way, a scenic trail that hugs the length of the lake. From there, we set off on foot, hoping to reach a remote wild camping spot we've only ever reached by canoe in the past!

Along the way, I share the exact location of the park-up, tips for hiking the Ullswater Way, and some vanlife insights for solo campers with dogs. Then it was back to the volkswagen van to try our best to find a spot for the night — I had a place in mind, but would there be room left for us?

Once settled, it was time to cook up something special — a Beef Stroganoff, a first for the channel and absolutely delicious! 🍲 Bella had her raw food, and I also share some helpful tips on how to slow your puppy’s eating habits down, especially for excited young dogs like her.

To wind things down, we took another short stroll around the lake before relaxing in the van for the evening — scary films on the screen, cozy vibes in the cabin, and Ullswater just outside the window.
