Today’s leg day surprised me — I went for 3 sets of 12 on squats and somehow made it through all of them. That means next week it’s time to go up in weight. This session was the same structure as last week: squats, RDLs, barbell hip thrusts, and a brutal leg extension finisher. Come train with me and see how it went!
