Sausage& Cream Cheese Pinwheels/ 3 ingredients!

Hey y'all, I'm Jan. Today, we're making sausage and cream cheese pinwheels with crescent roll dough. These are so easy to make. Plus they're quick, and most importantly, DELICIOUS!
These are fantastic for an appetizer, breakfast, or a party. And super bowl is on the way!
3 ingredients.
1lb Breakfast sausage (453g) - browned, drained, and cooled down a bit.
8 oz Cream Cheese (453g), softened.
8 ct tube of Buttery Crescent Rolls
You'll need a large cookie sheet, and 2 sheets of parchment paper big enough to cover the cookie sheet. One goes on the bake sheet, the other you'll use to wrap your sausage crescent roll with.
In a skillet, brown your sausage and drain all the grease off. Set aside in a bowl to cool down a bit.
Once cooled down, mix your sausage and cream cheese together until well combined.
Take your second piece of parchment and lay it out on your counter.
Then take your crescent roll dough and lay it out flat on the parchment.
Fuse together all of the splits in the dough until it's just a square.
Smooth out your sausage/cream cheese mixture onto the dough all the way to the edges.
Turn the roll the long way, then roll it up.
Then roll it up in the parchment.
Freeze for 10 minutes, or refrigerate for 30.
Preheat oven to 375F (190C)
Once your dough is nice and chilled, slice pinwheels 1/4 inch thick and place on the cookie sheet.
Bake 13-15 minutes. All you're looking for is the tops to get slightly browned.
