Crispy pork belly batchoy is my version of La Paz Batchoy soup. It's a popular noodle dish in the Philippines that originated in La Paz, Iloilo, its main ingredients are pork and liver. It's usually serve with chicharon as part of toppings. But In this recipe, instead of chicharon i made my own crispy lechon belly. For the broth I just add knorr cube, shrimp paste and sugar. The toppings add flavor to the broth when mix all together. To enjoy more the batchoy serve it hot. #lapazbatchoy #pinoyramen#lutongbahay #heartysoup
