Batchoy is a noodle soup made with pork offal, crushed pork cracklings, chicken stock, beef loin and round noodles. You can put toppings on it like ground chicharon, hard boiled eggs, toasted garlic, and scallion/spring onion.

Steamed chowmein noodles
Salt and pepper
Garlic paste/chopped garlic
Onion
Lemon grass
6-10 cups of water
Toppings:
