Ingredients:
Red Lentil (masoor dal)- 1 cup
Cooking oil- 1 Tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 Tsp
Chana dal- 1 Tsp
Urad dal- 1 Tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 Tsp
Curry leaves- 5-6
Kashmiri red chilli- 2
Cucumber- 1 bowl (medium size)
Salt- to taste
Tamarind- a very small pc or tamarind pulp- 2 Tsp
Green chilli- 2
Ginger- 1/2 inch pc
Finely chopped coriander leaves- 1 Tbsp
Finely chopped curry leaves- 1 tsp
Grated ginger- 1 Tsp
Salt- to taste
Fresh coconut- 1 bowl
Garlic- 1-2 cloves (optional)
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 Tsp (for good colour)
Salt already added
Oil- 1 Tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 Tsp
Kara chutney- 1-2 Tsp
