1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
1 kilogram of flour
80 g chopped raisins
100 g sesame, ground and slightly roasted

كأس و نصف سكر~225غ
2 ملاعق كبيرة خميرة حلويات~ 14غ
250غ زبدة
2 كؤوس زيت نباتي ~300مل
100غ لوز محمص مهرمش بالقشرة
ملعقة كبيرة سكر فانيلا
1 كيلو طحين
80 غ زبيب مقطع
100غ سمسم مطحون و محمص قليلا
