INGREDIENTS
Muffins
▢ 57 g unsalted butter, melted (4 tbsp)
▢ 160 ml oil (⅔ cup)
▢ 2 eggs
▢ 10 ml vanilla (2 tsp)
▢ 480 g sour cream (2 cups)
▢ 440 g all-purpose flour (3½ cups)
▢ 400 g granulated sugar (2 cups)
▢ 16 g baking powder (4 tsp)
▢ 5 g baking soda (1 tsp)
▢ 6 g fine salt (1 tsp)
Nutella
▢ 100 g for swirling
▢ 200 g for filling
💡 Baking Tip: The high-heat method (220°C → 175°C) gives you tall, bakery-style domes. Don’t overmix your batter — a few lumps are perfect.
