The incredible athlete Andry Strong is one of the best workout athletes of our time. He performs complex gymnastic elements that cannot be repeated. The guy is now 27 years old and can be called a representative of the old school of calisthenics, when workout was just emerging. After all, he started in the spring of 2012, when calisthenics was actively developing. He is 1.66 meters tall and weighs 74 kg.

At the age of 14, Andrii signed up for boxing because he was bullied at school and weighed less than 50 kg. A physically active childhood developed the boy, helping his grandfather in the garden, and a few months in the gym gave our hero a base in calisthenics, he could already do about 25 pull ups, 100 push ups, and about 60 repetitions of dips.

Thanks to the basic workout, Andriy was already doing front lever at his first workout sessions. And at the first competition, after a 1 month of workout, he was already doing planche for 4 seconds, human flag, back lever, and muscle ups. Then Andrii took first place. The guy became more interested in it.
After 3 months of workout, he was already doing full planche, planche push ups, human flag push ups, and one hand back lever.


The workout sessions could last for 4-5 hours, they just talked a lot back then. Now, taking into account his past mistakes, Andriy has a structured approach to workout, he has goals and regular workout. He has the best calisthenics athletes in the world signed up for him.


There are many personal records in the gymnastic elements. These are different types of handstand and planche jumps on an unstable surface. He jumped on his hands from a height of more than 1.30 meters, which is an unofficial world record. And, of course, he surprises with planche on gymnastic rings and other unstable surfaces.

A few years ago, Andriy was afraid of heights, but his experience of performing in the circus at a height of 12 meters and climbing mountains helped him overcome this fear. Therefore, I only suggest you to watch some of Andriy's stunts, but I do not recommend trying to repeat them.

Since Andriy is not just an amateur athlete, but workout is his professional work, he workout almost every day, 2 times a day. one and a half hours in the morning, one and a half hours in the evening. Sometimes he has 1 workout session a day.
