They are low impact and joint friendly using easy to find equipment to increase the challenge. These workouts will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened and energized.

In Energy Flow Band is a fluid total body workout using the band to engage and intensify large range of motion moves. This workout has a big dynamic stretch element to it as well as some beautiful, barre style extensions and rotations. You will use the band around your foot to increase the intensity of various leg raises, ballet jumps and also to activate the arms and obliques. You will get your heart rate up and your muscles burning in all the right places.
