Can You Beat Ghost of Tsushima Without Blocking or Dodging?

Ghost of Tsushima has been beaten in numerous ways from the best defense to forgoing the sword completely! But what about the worst defense of no blocking, parrying or dodging? Can pure aggression, stealth and sprinting away be enough to win still? I fought to find out just how difficult it would prove to be!
Rules
Do not block. Do not parry. Do not dodge(which includes rolling)
No Upgrading the sword
Running away is valid
If rules are broken, reset from last checkpoint
Hopefully still look as pretty by the end as you did at the start despite so many new wounds
