Can you 100% Ghost of Yotei with Only Single Katana?

Happy Halloween! Ghost of Yotei is here! We've all been waiting so long! In honor of my first venture into Ghost of Tsushima being sword only, Yotei's first one shall also be sword only! Specifically only the single katana! No other weapons allowed! Let's see if Atsu fares better than Jin did when he was forced into this! Especially as I strive to do more than just the story and beat absolutely every part of the game!
Rules
Single Katana only
No bows, guns, ghost weapons, or other weapons like the yari, odachi, kusarigama and dual katanas
Throwing katana is allowed, but only katana
Drinking sake is allowed, but no throwing it
100% completion for success!
Do everything I can not to butcher words and names as best as I can
