Things to be aware of:
• The prepared roof surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust and contaminants (bitumen, oil, etc).
• In overly exposed areas, or areas with high-wind uplift, it is essential to mechanically fix the metal flashing through the front face. Please refer to FlexiProof Technical Support for further details. www.flexiproof.co.uk
• Always ensure the flashings are overlapping each other by a minimum of 100mm; and that a minimum of a 100mm coverage is achieved on the face of the membrane.
