Alec Baldwin Judge Becomes Irritated with Attorney’s During Pretrial Hearing — Pretrial Hearing

As the Alec Baldwin trial is expected to kick off on Wednesday, a pretrial hearing took place on Monday where they discussed multiple filed motions including excluding witnesses, evidence, and protection with Baldwin’s role as a producer. Baldwin’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to 18 months in prison. A judge will rule on these issues after hearing motions from the prosecution and Baldwin’s defense. Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
