Ingredients:
🍋Lemon Cream Biscuits
For Cookies:
250g butter
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 cups cake wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest (finely grated)
1 teaspoon vanilla
For the cream:
50g butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
🍋4-Ingredients Lemon Biscuits
2 cups flour
250g butter
3/4 cup castor sugar
1-2 lemons ( 1 tablespoon lemon juice + 2 tablespoons lemon zest
🍋Lemon Scones
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons/ 1 tablespoon baking powder
125g butter cold butter (grated)
1/2 cup amasi/ buttermilk
1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar
2 lemons ( 1 tbsn lemon juice+ 2 tbsn lemon zest)
Egg wash:
1 egg
1 teaspoon milk
🍋Lemon Loaf
125g butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
3 lemons( 3 tablespoon lemon juice+2 tablespoon grated lemon peels)
For the lemon glace icing:
3 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup icing sugar
