I quit FPV... but Wrestling brought me back.
This is the story of how I walked away from FPV drone flying years ago—and how the spectacle of WWE, the energy of WrestleMania, and seeing a drone flying INSIDE an arena sparked my comeback. This isn’t just a video about drones. This is a redemption story. A wrestling story. An FPV origin story. And the next chapter starts here in Las Vegas.
It all started with me buying my first DJI FPV drone. I was hyped. The goggles, the controller, the battery charging routines—I dove into the hobby hard. But I wasn’t ready. The steep learning curve? It beat me. I crashed. I panicked. I quit. I even deleted my early drone footage out of frustration. The dream was dead.
But fast forward to January 6th, 2025: I’m in Inglewood, California, standing in the Intuit Dome, watching the Netflix premiere of Monday Night Raw. The crowd is electric. The Rock is in the building. John Cena. CM Punk. Rhea Ripley walks up to my section. Travis Scott is in the crowd. The lights. The pyro. The chaos.
But one thing stole my attention:
A drone.
An FPV drone.
Flying over the ring, getting the perfect shot.
And that’s when it hit me.
“If I had just stuck with it… that could’ve been me.”
That moment lit the fuse. I dusted off the simulator, started flying again, and committed to the grind. I trained daily, learned how to crash smarter, fixed what I broke, passed my FAA Part 107 test, and began documenting it all. FPV became more than a hobby—it became a mission.
🎮 And now? I’m stepping into WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas not just as a fan… but as a legit FPV drone pilot.
This vlog takes you through the energy of WrestleMania 41week, from exploring Vegas, to meeting Stone Cold Steve Austin (and getting my Broken Skull Championship Belt signed), to standing inside the arenas that once felt like unreachable dreams. It’s about reconnecting with your passion, creating freely, and never giving up.
