This information is basing mostly on the fact that you want your ex back, I know some people are a little split on what they should be doing in their situation. What me and my team specialize in is what you should do to try to get your ex back.

#1 - Why does your ex want to be friends?
Self Interest
One of the things on the list is that your ex is self-interested. A lot of people are self interested when it comes to our love lives, they are not wanting to be friends because it will help you, they want to be friends can benefit them and there are three reasons it can benefit them,

Emotional Support – what you find is that you end up supporting them and not the other way around. It becomes very one-sided friendship.

Physically Support – if you do give the emotional support you can find that things and grow and progress to physical and you end up sleeping together and this ends up being a friends’ with benefits situation

You’ll be the holdover until the next relationship – people are appalled when I say this but your ex breaks up with you because they think they can do better than what they had with you. What happens is they can’t get someone new in their lives they turn back to you for comfort or just keep you in limbo until they find that next person.

#2 - Does Staying Friends Ever Work?
Sometimes it can if you redefine the rules – this is where you need to be friends and not have it just one sided.

In most cases it does not work if you are looking to win them back – getting your ex back is positioning and timing, and if you’re friends with an ex you are in a position of weakness and you are friend zoned and it is going to be difficult to get them back. These stories tend to take years to get the person who you want to want you back. Sometimes this can take years.

It can work extremely well if your ex has moved on to another person – the only time it is a good idea to purposely friendzone yourself with your ex is if he has met someone else, and it is important process you’re not doing anything but you are intimidating to the new person and it is enough to cause a reaction to put pressure on the relationship.

#3 - What To Do If Your Ex Wants To Be Friends But You Want More?
Using the image from the video and focusing on the “Hierarchy Of Trust” and the concept I want to talk about here is trust.

Think about the conversations you have with different people, so you have a different conversation that you have with a stranger than you would with a work colleague, than a friend, family best friend and then the significant other. The reasons for these different levels of conversations is trust, you’re not going to open up about certain things with people you are less comfortable with to receive that type of information.

So, if you want to get out of the friend zone it’s all about building trust, a lot of clients thing that they can go straight into having conversations with their ex like a lover, but this isn’t the case you need to go back to having conversations as a friend. They are clearly telling you that they don’t want to be with you, you are, at the best, just a friend now. Which is where you need to build up that trust again

#4 - The Conversation Chart
Using this idea of trust and building conversations up the same thing applies to the types of conversations you’re going to have, when you start talking to someone for the first time, the trajectory you go through to get a person from a stranger to be as close to someone to be a lover you have small talk conversations and you start change numbers.

When you start conversing more you start building trusts, which leads to telling stories, sharing opinions, you reach virgin ground, sharing feelings and then before you know it you start going on dates and sharing more feelings and getting the stronger connection. This applies to your ex too; you need to progress upwards from just starting a new conversation all around again.

The number one killer of everyone's chances is where they come out of no contact and then go straight into sharing feelings, this is wrong, you need to start telling stories and starting to build trust to move on to the next level.
