Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Chat masala powder -1 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds -1 tsp
Sambar masala powder -1/2 tsp (optional)
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp(optional)
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp (optional)
Coriander leaves. - 2 tbsp
Ghee/ oil
salt to taste
