Standind barbells curl 4 times of 12 reps engage your core
Military press back and front 4times of 12 reps (weight must be as heavy as you struggle the push)
Bent over 4 times of 12 (weight must be heavy enough to feel it and struggle to pull.
Deadlift 4times of 12 reps ...heavy as possible and be careful with lower back...slow movement
Abs just follow as it is in the videos 4times 12 reps each and engage your abs well...
