Afghani Beef Tikka
Recipe ( For 1 kg Meat )

Meat (800 Grams)
But only used Sterlion Or Under Cut meat
Lamb Fat (200 Grams)
Salt (1 spoon )
Onion ( 300 Grams Squeeze water )
Oil ( 1 cup )
Crushed Red whole Chillies
( 2 spoon But Optional)
Because in Afghan Beef Tikka they don't used spice but if u likes than Add

Direction
Only used under cut,tenderloin and sterlion meat because this is soft and tender.
Cut meat into small pieces 800 Grams
and squeeze onion water 300 Grams add 1 spoon salt,and squeeze onion water on meat mix it hardly for 15 min to absorb onion water and salt.
Then add 1 cup oil and red crushed Chillies 2 spoon and mix meat for another 15 min
leave for 5 hours or overnight
Then Bar BQ for 15 min and serve with Naan And chutney.
