Piazzamento dei chiodini e tracciatura del contorno del fondo

Come fare i fori per i chiodini di posizionamento e la tracciatura del contorno delle fasce in un'unica operazione, per assicurare la precisione del successivo riposizionamento delle fasce utilizzando i chiodini

00:00 - Placement of the locating pins and drawing the outline

00:13 - Lightly mark the ribs position on the centerline with a pencil

00:30 - Mark the center of pins at 3 mm scarce from the ribs line

00:37 - .... at the point corresponding to the inside line of the purfling

00:46 - Use a piece of hardwood pre-drilled perpendicular to the plane...

00:56 - .... positioning it accurately using a drill bit of the same diameter of the pins (1.75 mm)

01:23 - Make sure that the drill make a through hole

01:31 - Drill the hole using the guide to ensure perpendicularity

01:48 - Repeat the process and make also the second hole

01:57 - Make the pins using drill bits identical to the one used to make the holes

02:06 - Carefully replace the ribs on the marks made previously

02:23 - .... and secure tightly with four clamps, protecting the gluing surface of the blocks

02:52 - Turn the whole thing resting on the clamps, making sure it is stable

02:59 - Using the hole in the back as a guide, drill into the block....
