French Chicken Cassoulet Recipe with Michael's Home Cooking

I was thrilled by the flavor of this Chicken Cassoulet recipe. The browning of the chicken helps reduce fat and then braising the uncooked chicken add flavor to the broth. You can do this with boneless/skinless chicken if you reduce the cooking time.
Ingredients:
1 or 2 Tablespoons olive oil for frying
4 chicken thighs with skin and bone
salt/pepper the chicken
1/2 onion, about 1/2 cup
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup red wine (I used ruby red port)
1/4 pound kielbasa
1 (15 ounce) can of white beans drained/rinsed (I used cannelloni)
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup chicken broth (I used store bought reduced sodium)
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (I used Great Value Seasoned Panko)
