One year ago I bought my Breville Big Squeeze juicer and unboxed it here on my Kitchen Vlog channel. During the pandemic I didn't shop much, but now that I am vaccinated I'm starting to use my juicer again. It works really well when making pesto because for the best pesto you must crush the juice out of the leaves. The Big Squeeze does that perfectly. Think of it as an electric mortar and pestle. In fact, it makes such good pesto, one friend offered to buy two or three pounds of basil and make pesto with me. He promised to give me half. Really, try this method for the best pesto. You'll never go back to using a food processor. And you chefs out there might want to consider this method for your restaurant if you want to offer the best pesto in town.
