This trek takes you deep into the heart of the Annapurna Sanctuary Trek, passing through lush forests, waterfalls, traditional villages, and finally reaching Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130m. 1. Required Trek Permits (ACAP + TIMS)
Before trekking in Nepal, you must obtain:
ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit)
TIMS Card (Trekkers Information Management System)

These are mandatory for the ABC Trek Nepal and all Pokhara trekking routes.

2. Porter Charges
Hiring a porter makes the journey safer and more enjoyable, especially at higher altitudes.
Porter Cost: 20 USD/day
Porters usually carry 20–25 kg. Support local Himalayan communities while trekking.

3.My 6-Day Annapurna Base Camp Trek Itinerary
Day 1: Pokhara ➝ Drive to Jhinu Danda ➝ Trek to Chhomrong
Start the Pokhara to ABC trek with a scenic drive and a beautiful climb to Chhomrong — a key point in the Jhinu Danda to Chhomrong trek.
Day 2: Chhomrong ➝ Dovan
Descend to Chhomrong Khola and climb through forests toward Dovan.
Day 3: Dovan ➝ Deurali
Pass through serene bamboo forests, waterfalls, and narrow valleys on this Dovan to Deurali trail.
Day 4: Deurali ➝ Annapurna Base Camp (ABC)
Cross Machapuchare Base Camp (MBC) and enter the breathtaking Himalayan amphitheater of ABC — the highlight of the entire Annapurna Base Camp trek.
Day 5: ABC ➝ Upper Sinuwa
A long but scenic descent through the Annapurna sanctuary trek route.
Day 6: Upper Sinuwa ➝ Jhinu Danda ➝ Drive back to Pokhara
End your trek by reaching Jhinu. Optional: Enjoy the hot springs before returning to Pokhara.
