In this tutorial we start working on a perceptron based classifier using the neurolab library.

We're creating a small labeled dataset with numpy, we split into features and labels, we visualize it with matplotlib, and we're building the backbone of the perceptron, which has 2 inputs (one for each feature) and an output (for the label).
