Last winter, during my last inspection, I looked at the amount of honey storage that was in each hive and placed a sugar "candy board" on three hives. Luckily all three hives made it through the winter and will be honey producers this year! I think I took the candy boards off a little late this year but with Missouri's uncharacteristic weather this spring, I did the best I could. Thanks for watching!
