Can she keep up with my crazy quad day?
You can call me the Fairy Quadmother because I just smashed a brutal quad session with Cinderella (yes, that’s her real name—how cool is that?).
Cinderella recently relocated to Dubai and is coached by IFBB Wellness Pro Teffany Sam. She wanted to get a leg session in with me, and I told her she might be crazy, but it would definitely be fun. I wasn’t about to go easy on her—especially with her being 16 weeks deep into a cut—but it’s safe to say she kept up and honestly impressed me with her strength and grind! I’d happily hit another leg day with her… if she survives the quad DOMS from today’s beasting 😂.
It was an epic session with plenty of PRs on the pivot press, split squats, and leg extensions. I even threw in a new disgusting superset that you’ll have to stick around to see—I’m pretty sure that’s what finished Cinderella off towards the end, and I don’t blame her.
