Why We Skipped PPF on This $200K Classic 911 (And What We Used Instead)

This $200K classic 1975 Porsche 911 930 deserved better paint protection than PPF. Paint protection film would leave seams all over this Porsche’s curves, not what you want after a six-figure build. That’s why we skipped it entirely and applied 3 layers of our permanent Icon Rocklear coating instead.

Unlike PPF or ceramic coatings, Rocklear bonds directly to the paint and creates a seamless 15+ year barrier against UV damage, rock chips, and scratches. No peeling, no yellowing, and no compromises on this Porsche’s body lines.
