Grab these ingredients:
Full fat milk- 2litrs
Vinegar-10ml or 2tsp or lemon juice- 8-10drops or Alum - 1-2pinch
Sugar - 1cup(add gradually)
Ghee-2 tbsps (add gradually)
Note:
1. Use full fat milk
2.don't use boiled milk
3.add sugar gradually this is important
4.add ghee gradually and mix
5.The most important tip for this recipe is use always Iron khadai or pan
6.Store this in air tight container .
7.keep stirring and the flame should be high from starting of this procedure.
