As requested from my last video here is a savory and delicious recipe for Guyanese fluffy fried bakes. It is a staple dish combined with the famous saltfish and potatoes used for breakfast in Guyana.
Ingredients:
4 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tea-spoons baking powder
2 tea-spoons yeast
6 table spoons brown sugar
lukewarm water to make dough
