In this video, I interview my patient is a dental student during the covid pandemic. She has difficulty with her motor function, and she cannot walk, thus requiring a cane and a wheelchair. Finally, an astute orthopedic surgeon recognizes that this cannot be a leg problem, and he orders neurologic imaging. I perform her surgery during the covid lockdown! Hear her story.
