Paula Tobler is a Supervising Attorney at Disability Rights California, bringing 35 years of legal experience across multiple practice areas. She transitioned from private labor and employment practice to focus on expanding employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities. Her commitment to this work is deeply personal—after surviving a major auto accident 27 years ago and living with Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD, she witnessed firsthand the gap between her actual abilities and others’ assumptions.
