How is everyone doing during this Phase Two as Singapore gradually reboots amidst the COVID-19 pandemic? Does it feel like emerging from a basement after the "quarantine" phase of the Circuit Breaker? Composed by Jung Jae-il for Bong Joon-ho's 2019 film "Parasite", which won the Palme d'Or at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, "The Belt of Faith" is a 7-minute-long track (!) that plays during the sequence when the Kim family orchestrates a grand plan to infiltrate the Park household.
We were happy - but cautious and masked up - to be able to meet up to make music again, and we hope you will enjoy this rendition! A shout-out to all front-line and essential workers to continue doing the good work and fighting the good fight, and an encouragement to all to take necessary precautions, stay safe and fight on!
