Blueberry Lemon Cobbler

Blueberries and lemon, that just screams summertime.

2c Sugar
1-1/2c Self Rising Flour
1-1/4c Milk
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Lemon
1c Blueberries
Sugar In The Raw
1 stick unsalted butter

Preheat smoker or oven to 350*. Mix all ingredients, except for the blue berries and lemon, very well. Squeeze in the juice form the lemon, the zest the skin. Mix well. Pour mixture into the pan, the fold in the blueberries. Slice pats of butter, the place into the cobbler about an 1" apart, then top with a good amount of the sugar over the top. Place in the smoker or oven, and bake for 30 minutes. Check it, then bake for another 15-20 minutes, remove, let it rest, the enjoy.
