Today's video is a little different, I'll be cooking some potato soup, making banana bread, making cookies and also reflecting on something much bigger: what it really costs to speak your truth in today's world.

As a mom, I'm raising kids in a time where opinions can do more than just spark arguments, they can divide, hurt or even silence people completely. So how do we teach our kids to stand up, to be brave, and to speak their truth without fear? That's the heart of my reflections today.

Maybe if we learn to bring them to the table with respect like a plate of cookies, we can raise the next generation to use their voices with courage and kindness.
