1 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
1 tsp mustard (optional)
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

For Saffron Rice:
1 cup basmati rice
A pinch of saffron threads
2 cups water
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt to taste
For Sautéed Vegetables:
1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, bell peppers, beans, zucchini, broccoli)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper
Garlic (optional, for extra flavor)

1. Prepare the Saffron Rice:
Soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm water/milk for 5–10 minutes.
Rinse rice and cook with 2 cups water, a pinch of salt, butter/oil, and saffron mix.
Cook on low until fluffy and aromatic.
2. Make Chicken Stroganoff:
In a pan, heat oil or butter.
Sauté onion and garlic until golden.
Add chicken and cook until it turns white.
Add mushrooms and cook until they soften.
Sprinkle flour and stir (optional, for thick texture).
Mix in tomato paste, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour in cream/sour cream, simmer 5–7 mins until rich and creamy.

3. Sauté Vegetables:
Heat oil in a pan.
