coriander powder - 1 tbsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
coconut milk - 2 cups

béchamel sauce
oil - 3 tbsp
butter - 50gm
wheat flour - 1/4 cup with 2 or 3 tbsp more
milk - 2 cups
salt
pepper - 1/2 tsp
mayonnaise - 2 - 3 tbsp
