Here is a somewhat typical week of grocery shopping for my family. I shopped at Wegmans and got MOST of the food we needed, but not quite everything. I'll probably go back for a couple of small ( under $100) trips throughout the week.
I look at grocery shopping as an investment in my family's health - so when I go into the store I'm not strict with my budget AT ALL. If I'm tighting up, it's usually on snacks and the probiotic drinks we like, but das it! We are so blessed to be able to eat healthy, whole, natural foods and I will NOT skimp out on buying the healthiest food I can for my fam ❤️
