Описание:
This is a video story of the new North East Library in Cecil County, Maryland. Bancroft construction was the owner's representative, Quinn Evans was the lead architect, Tappe Architects was consulting architects and Wohlsen was the construction mangers. Dramatic aerial photographs and video at dusk lead to a tour of the facility. High quality still photographs are combined with video movement set to music.
