Serve – 3-4 people
Ingredients for white raddish:
Kashmiri Spinach – 1 kg
Fresh Matar/ Peas – 200 gm
Asafoetida/Hing – 2 pinc
Cumin/Jeera – 1 tsp
Cloves – 3
Brown cardamom/Moti Elaichi -1
Cinamon / Dalchini – 1 small stick
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1.5 tbs
Turmeric / Haldi – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder / Shunth – 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder – 1tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Kashmiri Ver Masala – ½ tsp (optional)
Salt as per taste
Water as per requirement
