Fresh Matar – 400 gm
Baby Potato – 350 gm
Asafoetida/Hing – 2 pinch
Cumin/Jeera – 1 tsp
Black Cardamom - 1
Clove – 3
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric / Haldi – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder / Sunth Powder – ½ tsp
Fennel / Saunf Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
