I just finished 30 days of the 75 Soft Challenge and this is what it really looked like. No overnight transformations, no perfect routines, just daily effort, mindset shifts, and the kind of consistency I’ve never stuck with before. I lost 11 lbs, but more importantly, I showed up every day, even the ones where I felt like quitting.
