Recipes ☆

For 4 small bagels:
180 g cottage cheese
100-130 g wheat flour (rice)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt to taste
Sesame and seeds for sprinkling

Mix cottage cheese, 1 egg and the white of the second egg (save the yolk for greasing) add sifted flour, sprinkle with salt. Knead the dough.
Divide into 4 parts, roll each part into a ball and form a bagel.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ‘C/350 F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.

125 g soft butter 🧈
150 g sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
40 g cocoa powder
250 g flour
Mix and bake 180’C/350 F
