The second limb of the eight limbs of yoga is the Niyamas...guidelines on how to interact with yourself. There are five Niyamas. The fourth Niyama is Svadhyaya, Sanskrit for self-study, self-awareness. Svadhyaya is the difference between playing "Simon Says" and truly practicing yoga.
Pranayama - Ujjayi Breath. Listen to the ebb and flow of your breath making it the soundtrack of your yoga practice.
Meditation - "Mindful Meditation" is style of meditation where you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgement.
