Over the past 6 years, the Baltimore Orioles have built a juggernaut of young talent and prospects, creating dynastic expectations and an overall aura of greatness, and after two years of regular season success, many expected them to become a staple in the postseason, and a team with World Series aspirations.

However, unable to win a game in the postseason and poor management of off-season acquisitions, in addition to injury luck with Grayson Rodriguez and much of their pitching staff, the Orioles find themselves no longer in contention, just a year after having high hopes of winning the championship with a very young core. Gunnar Henderson, Adley Rutschman, Jackson Holliday and many more young core members to a team that has yet to sign any of their talent to long-term extensions. With their poor positioning to contend in 2025 and expectations of a sell-off at the trade deadline, how can we return them to the expectations of the dynasty the world had seen for the Orioles just a few months ago.
