Chief Justice Bart Katureebe has urged the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional affairs to bring all persons alleged to have tortured suspects while in detention to book.
In a letter to the Justice Minister Kahinda Otafiire, Justice Katureebe referred to the latest incidents in Arua, where people were presented to court, some unable to walk, while others were in various levels of pain.
