CM Revanth Seeks Centre Support for Telangana Rising 2047 | Khattar Assures Metro & Musi Approvals

Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy appealed for complete cooperation from the Central Government, reiterating Telangana’s strong commitment to contribute towards India becoming a global economic powerhouse.

🔸 The Regional Conference of Urban Development Ministers from Telangana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, and the Union Territories of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu was inaugurated in Hyderabad by Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Shri Manohar Lal Khattar as the chief guest.

🔸 Addressing the conference, the Chief Minister stated that Telangana is advancing in a planned manner to play its part in achieving Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

🔸 “Metropolitan cities contribute significantly to the nation’s progress. Alongside agriculture, urbanization is a vital pillar of development. The Central Government should introduce a dedicated policy for metropolitan cities.

🔸 We are progressing with the Telangana Rising 2047 master plan and will dedicate the vision document to the people on December 9.

🔸 We have set the target of transforming Telangana into a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and a $3 trillion economy by 2047. Swift approvals from the Centre for our projects will help us accelerate this journey.

🔸 Key initiatives include metro expansion, Musi River rejuvenation, diversion of Godavari water to the city, introduction of electric vehicles for pollution control, traffic decongestion measures, and sewage treatment plants.

🔸 We are developing Bharat Future City on 30,000 acres with the ambition of enabling Hyderabad to compete with global cities such as New York, Singapore, and Dubai,” the Chief Minister said.

🔸 Responding positively to the Chief Minister’s requests, Union Minister Shri Manohar Lal Khattar assured that the Central Government will grant approvals for the Hyderabad Metro expansion and Musi River rejuvenation projects at the earliest.

✳️ హైదరాబాద్ లో జరిగిన తెలంగాణ, గుజరాత్, మహారాష్ట్ర, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, గోవా రాష్ట్రాలు, కేంద్ర పాలిత ప్రాంతాలైన దాద్రా నగర్ హవేలీ, డామన్ అండ్ డ్యూల పట్టణాభివృద్ధి శాఖల మంత్రుల ప్రాంతీయ సదస్సును కేంద్ర మంత్రి శ్రీ మనోహర్ లాల్ ఖట్టర్ గారు ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరై ప్రారంభించారు.

✳️ ఈ సదస్సులో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ గారు సంకల్పించిన వికసిత్ భారత్ 2047 లక్ష్యాలకు తమ వంతుగా భాగస్వామ్యం కావడానికి తెలంగాణ ప్రణాళికా బద్ధంగా ముందుకు వెళుతోందని చెప్పారు.

✳️ "దేశం ప్రగతిలో మెట్రోపాలిటన్ నగరాలు ఎన్నో రకాలుగా తోడ్పాటునందిస్తున్నాయి. దేశంలో వ్యవసాయ రంగంతో పాటు పట్టణీకరణ కూడా చాలా ముఖ్యమైన అంశం. మెట్రోపాలిటన్ సిటీల కోసం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేకమైన పాలసీని తీసుకురావాలి.

✳️ తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047 బృహత్ ప్రణాళికతో ముందుకు వెళుతున్నాం. డిసెంబర్ 9 వ తేదీన ఆ విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్ ను ప్రజలకు అంకితం చేయబోతున్నాం.

✳️ 2034 నాటికి 1 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక శక్తిగా, 2047 నాటికి 3 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక శక్తిగా తెలంగాణ ఎదగాలని నిర్దేశించుకున్నాం. తలపెట్టిన ప్రాజెక్టులకు కేంద్రం అనుమతులు మంజూరు చేస్తే మరింత వేగంగా ముందుకు వెళ్లగలం.

✳️ ప్రధానంగా మెట్రో విస్తరణ, మూసీ నది ప్రక్షాళన, నగరానికి గోదావరి జలాల తరలింపు, కాలుష్య నివారణలో భాగంగా ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాలను ప్రవేశపెట్టడం, ట్రాఫిక్ సమస్యల పరిష్కారం, సివరేజీ ట్రీట్మెంట్ ప్లాంట్లు వంటి అనేక ప్రాజెక్టులు చేపట్టాం.

✳️ 30 వేల ఎకరాల్లో భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ నిర్మిస్తున్నాం. హైదరాబాద్ ను న్యూయార్క్, సింగపూర్, దుబాయ్ లాంటి నగరాలతో పోటీ పడాలని భావిస్తున్నాం." అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు చెప్పారు.

✳️ ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారి విజ్ఞప్తులపై కేంద్ర మంత్రి ఖట్టర్ గారు సానుకూలంగా స్పదించారు. హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో విస్తరణ, మూసీ పునరుజ్జీవ ప్రాజెక్టులకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం అతి త్వరలోనే అనుమతులు మంజూరు చేస్తుందని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
