Pizza alla Vodka – The Creamiest Pizza You’ve Ever Had!

In this video, I’m making a rich and velvety Pizza alla Vodka—a bold and creamy Neapolitan-style pizza topped with a homemade vodka sauce that packs serious flavor.
🔥 Vodka Sauce Recipe:
• 50ml vodka
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 6oz (170g) tomato paste
• 1 pint (473ml) heavy cream
• 2 bay leaves (fresh or dried)
• ¼ teaspoon (2g) sea salt
• 2 tablespoons (20g) Locatelli Pecorino cheese
Here’s how I build it:
I start by sautéing garlic in a splash of olive oil.
In goes 6oz of tomato paste and then I deglaze with vodka to bring out the aromatics.
In goes a full pint of cream, bay leaves, and a pinch of sea salt.
I let the sauce simmer until it’s smooth, fragrant, and perfectly balanced.
To finish, I add the hot sauce to the blender with Locatelli pecorino for that salty, nutty bite.
Once the vodka sauce is ready, I spoon it over a classic Neapolitan dough base, top with fresh mozzarella, and bake it hot until the crust is charred and blistered.
It’s creamy, slightly tangy, and everything you didn’t know you needed on a pizza.
This isn’t your average tomato pie—it’s indulgent, comforting, and totally addictive.
