Hello Everyone! ❤ In this video I cook white fish with Persian herb rice for the new year night celebration. and also I prepare Haftsin table that is the most important part of Iranian new year traditions. It is Nowruz in Iran and a new year just begun.
I will show you how Persians and Iranians celebrate Nowruz. But my family and I are different this year than all the years and we are very sad and heartbroken for the reason I will tell you... But according to the national duty, we celebrate Nowruz. Dear friends, please watch the video to understand everything.
I also made a special Iranian dish for New Year's dinner called Sabzi Polo Ba Mahi. ( Herb rice with fish).
Nowruz is the name of the ancient new year celebration for us Iranians, and in these days everyone is happy and they perform special ceremonies.

Ingredients for herb rice:
Rice: 3 cups
Cilantro + Parsley + Dill + Garlic : 1 Kg
Salt
Garlic : 3 cloves
Ghee oil
Ingredients for Tahdig:
Yoghurt : 3 table spoons
Saffron
Egg: 1
Cardamom : 2
Cinnamon powder : 1 tea spoon
Rice
Ingredients for white fish:
White fish : 1 average
Saffron : 1 tea spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Black pepper
