Final Girl Fitness: A 4-Week Horror-Inspired Workout Series
I’ve always loved horror movies—the campy 80s slashers, the meta humor of Scream, and even the wild Firefly Funhouse editing style. So I thought… what if a workout could feel like that? What if exercise wasn’t just about reps, but about stepping into a story? That’s how Final Girl Fitness was born: a four-week, Halloween-inspired workout challenge you can follow along with at home.
This series is a mix of fun, story-based workouts and progressive fitness training. Each week, we level up the intensity—while also unfolding a spooky narrative.
Here’s how it works:
Week 1: 5 minutes – light standing warm-up, easy and approachable.
Week 2: 10 minutes – more movement, more tension.
Week 3: 15 minutes – building stamina and strength.
Week 4: 20 minutes – the final showdown, tough and intense.
The workouts are designed to keep you motivated and entertained. As you move, you’ll hear narration that sets the scene: noises in the woods, camera distortions, and even cameos from our mysterious killer. By the final week, you’ll feel like the Final Girl in your very own slasher film.
I created Final Girl Fitness because I wanted exercise to feel fun, cinematic, and a little spooky. It’s the perfect Halloween workout plan if you’re looking for something fresh, creative, and motivating. You’ll start light, build gradually, and finish strong—just like surviving a horror movie.
